Upper St. Clair student named World Affairs Council fellow
Upper St. Clair High School sophomore Giuliana A. has been named a Fundraising & Development Fellow at the World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh. She is one of only seven students from throughout the region selected for this year-long experience.
