The Director of Development will work in close partnership with the President & CEO to actualize our strategic fundraising priorities and achieve our financial goals, with oversight and responsibility for fundraising and related finance areas.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of growing organizational impact through all aspects of development, including individual giving, donor stewardship, event sponsorships, and corporate partnerships, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to add to our small-but-mighty team!
